1.0.1 Update

Patch notes:

- Fixed bug where dungeons could spawn that were not able to be completed.
- Fixed bug where enemies were not awarding the full gold amount if you had the sword upgrade.
- Fixed bug where you could buy the re-roll upgrade repeatedly. You can now only purchase it once.
- Made it clearer that the armor item lasted until you used it, even between floors.
- Buying the re-roll upgrade now gives you an additional re-roll immediately, instead of having to wait a floor to use it.

Other update, I have decided I will add more content and launch the better version on Steam. I will keep this version free on itch and will update it with any bugs I find.
